Aleš Jakubec started working in the field of shading technology at the CLIMAX branch in Prague in 2003. At the end of 2005, the branch was transformed into a subsidiary company - Proklima, which a few years later became a completely independent company. Proklima has long been our largest partner on the Czech and Slovak markets, offering CLIMAX shading technology to end customers. During its 17 years of existence, it has grown from a small family business to a successful company with 7 branches and 40 employees. 

Who and what influenced Aleš Jakubec most in his business? "I think it is important to listen to people who have achieved something in life. I was definitely influenced by my brother Mirek, who created a company with hundreds of employees and a billion turnover from nothing. I admit that one of the big reasons and motivators for me was not to let him down and just succeed. In the beginning, it was also the training from Business Success and the successful people who presented their life experiences." Thanks to Ales, his shading technology sales company Proklima has become a successful company all over the Czech Republic. "No customer is small for us. We have customers to whom we supply one blind or one window net, and we also have customers to whom we supply hundreds of blinds. I am most proud of our external shading implementations. We know how to do these things, we have been doing them for many years and we receive positive references from our customers," proudly evaluates the success of Proklima its owner and director Aleš Jakubec. Although he has no particular favourite quote, everyone in his company tries to follow the motto "We deliver what we promise." "In general, it is important to treat others the way you want them to treat you. If one follows these things, then the customers come back and the employees have a good time working in the company," he adds.

And what is the recipe for success in business, according to Aleš Jakubec? "Choosing the right people is crucial. It doesn't matter what you are selling, but if you don't have the right people, you will never be successful. I think I can say that in Proklima we have the right people and that's why we are successful. I respect all the employees and I believe that they really enjoy working for us," he concludes.
