A very popular shading solution for windows and façades of all types of buildings is the vertical awning Winrol 85. It is suitable for shading windows on family houses, administrative buildings or as a side screen on gazebos and pergolas. The two main advantages are simple construction and easy installation of the box. During the summer months it will deliver a significant reduction in air conditioning costs, over winter it will save on heating.
On this type, the fabric is protected in a curved box. The cassette is anchored using spring brackets or it can simply be clicked into brackets that are fastened to a wall or ceiling. On the Winrol vertical façade awning there are many single-colour and designer perforated fabrics to choose from. On the Winrol 100 model, a durable acrylic fabric with UV filter can also be used. The maximum dimensions of the Winrol 85 awning are 3 x 2 m and it shades an area of up to 6 m².
